Finance Team · Remote · The financial voice on strategic decisions.
Fintech Farm is a UK fintech building high-performing neobanks in partnership with local traditional banks. Our mission is to make banking accessible, simple, and genuinely enjoyable for customers worldwide.
Since 2020, we've launched in India, Vietnam, Morocco, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan — serving more than 4 million customers. Our ambition: 50+ markets, 100M+ users globally. One of our Founders co-founded Monobank, one of Europe's most successful neobanks at 10M+ customers.
This is an individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of financial rigour and strategic thinking. You'll be the financial voice on strategic decisions — evaluating new market entries, stress-testing unit economics, and building the business case for commercial initiatives across our portfolio.
This is not a financial control or reporting role. We want someone who moves fluidly between financial modelling and strategic dialogue — challenging assumptions, spotting what the numbers are really saying, and translating complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
Lead financial analysis underpinning key strategic decisions — new market entries, product launches, pricing strategy, and commercial partnerships. Build and maintain robust financial models that stress-test assumptions and support executive decision-making.
Evaluate product-level profitability across lending, cards, savings, BNPL, and payments. Analyse customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and payback periods — and own the financial narrative for a designated market end-to-end.
Partner with local finance teams, product managers, and the CFO to align modelling with on-the-ground realities. Challenge assumptions constructively and support fundraising efforts and investor reporting with relevant financial analysis.
Five stages. We keep it straightforward and move quickly.
